Teta’s Kibbeh

The last offering from my father’s side, kibbeh is to meatballs what chicken fettucini alfredo is to spaghetti.  Kibbeh is meat, grain, onions and mint, formed into a ball around onions, pine nuts, and spices.  Served with a side of hummus.

Papa’s Yellow Rice, Black Bean, and Boiled Chicken
